WORTH THE WAIT RANCH
Worth the Wait Ranch, built in 1918 as a cattle ranch, is one of North Phoenix’s oldest homes. Reimagined in 2018 by Tony Williams, Principal Designer at Anthony W Design, the property was transformed into a 5,700-square-foot estate anchored by The Manor—a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath flagship home designed for gathering, hosting, and retreat.
The Ranch is a living gallery of Tony’s favorite pieces, blending salvaged finds like a brass church chandelier and reupholstered antiques with custom-designed furniture, including a multi-level sectional and sculptural lounge seating. Every space is intentional, layered, and designed to be experienced—not just occupied.
In addition to The Manor, the property includes two architecturally distinct casitas that allow the Ranch to flex in size and use. These spaces may be reserved independently or added to a Manor stay (subject to availability), enabling anything from an intimate escape to a multi-unit compound without sacrificing privacy or design continuity.
Thoughtfully curated and boldly executed, Worth the Wait Ranch blends modern functionality with historic character—offering a setting that feels both personal and quietly overbuilt.
