TeeBox is a one-of-a-kind casita, sustainably crafted from a retired semi-truck trailer and a repurposed shipping container. Despite its compact footprint, it comfortably accommodates three bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, full-size laundry, and a combined dining and living area.

Designed with both efficiency and comfort in mind, TeeBox features a private entrance and parking, a secluded patio with a picnic table and grill, and exclusive access to the shared pool area. Its resort-like ambiance is enhanced by a unique space-saving design—eliminating hallways entirely. To move between rooms or access the kitchen and living area, guests step outside, embracing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. However, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have attached full bathrooms for added convenience. Bedroom 3, located within the main living space, is created by a thoughtfully designed partition, blending privacy with functionality.
